Corporate HR website exposes potential new hires to an inside perspective on what it is like to work at Kohler. Featuring actual employees and their stories, it details the many perks the company has to offer.
The "Walter Was Right" campaign accompanied the website and focused on Walter Kohler's belief that workers deserved not only wages, but roses as well. The EVP campaign and digital brochure further build out these employee stories and include a little extra color, tone, and pop.
